This website is the creation of my wife Florence. It is the fruit of many lonely days and bitter trials. When we returned from Malaysia she spent many lonely days at home unable to find employment. During this time she gathered together articles, found graphical backgrounds and taught herself how to read and write HTML. I hope the testimony of this web site is an encouragement to both sisters and brothers in the Lord and that it encourages sisters to search the word diligently (Ps 119:4) as she has done during her isolation in a strange country. Since these lonely days we have been blessed with seven children and Florence has accepted the highest and most honourable occupation of being a Keeper at Home (Titus 2:5, 1 Tim 5:14).

Florence and I met at The Flinders University of South Australia while attending the Overseas Christian Fellowship (OCF) group during 1994. After completing our studies we went to Sabah, Malaysia (where Florence was born and grew up) for seven months and returned to Adelaide, Australia and were married in 1996. I am now working as a Software Engineer for Freedom Scientific, a US based company, working from home in Adelaide South Australia, which develops software to enable a blind person to use a personal computer and access off-the-shelf applications for education, employment and home use. I myself am totally blind. I am very grateful to be able to work from home and be with my wife and six of our blessings Caleb, Gideon, Micah, Hannah, Amos and Moses as they grow up. Our other blessing, Hannah's twin sister, Esther Ruth went home to her Heavenly Father just two days old. While the pain of her parting will always be felt, we are comforted by the assurance that she is with her Heavenly Father in a better place and that we will see her again some day. Over the past fifteen years,We have also sponsored ten children in third-world countries, and would like to encourage you to change the life of a child through one of the many Christian sponsorship agencies and to pass on the forgotten truth that children are not only our future, they are blessings from the Lord. My wife is also truly a blessing from the LORD and I am thankful that He blessed me with such a suitable helper whose zeal for God's truth and desire to live in His will is nothing short of excellent. I could not have asked for more.

  The Holy Bible
is a book which has been criticized for centuries. Those who criticize it, however, are those who generally have not read it. Those who have, and those who have tried to discredit it have often come to know the Person of this book, the Lord Jesus Christ, God who, for our sake, became man. If we acknowledge that there is a God, and if we accept that Jesus is a real historical character, then we cannot ignore His statements. He never said "I think" or "Perhaps" or even "maybe". His statements shocked the "religious" people of His day. They said of Him that no man spoke with such authority (Luke 4:36, John 7:46). Either Jesus was a liar, in which case his life would not have matched His statements and no-one would have even listened to Him, or, He is who He claims to Be, in which case His words are true and must be heeded. Every person who is confronted by this truth must respond in some way to it. The Lord Jesus Christ said that if we believe that He is the Son of God who took upon Himself the penalty for our rebellion against God, we would be saved but whoever does not believe is already condemned because they have not believed in the Son of God, making God a liar (John 3:16-21). There is no middle ground! Eternal life is found in the Lord Jesus Christ and in the truth He both taught and lived.
